MNF Global in the Denver metro area seeks an experienced Patent Prosecution Attorney with a strong technical background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software, semiconductors, and communications technologies to manage a significant client relationship and direct prosecution strategy. Location: Denver metro area with flexible hybrid arrangements.

Partnership track defined over 3–5 years based on performance and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering patent prosecution experience.
• Experience with a major law firm or IP boutique preferred.
• USPTO registration required.
• Colorado Bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and prosecution strategy.
• Oversee portfolio management and direct client communications.
• Prosecute patent applications in EE/CS fields.
