Responsibilities include the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, and research and analysis of technologies in internet, semiconductor, computer software/hardware, and telecommunications.

Requires a BS in EE/CE/CS, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, USPTO registration, and 2+ years of patent prosecution experience;

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO and 2+ years of patent prosecution experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patent prosecution including preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
• Research and analysis of technologies in relevant fields.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on IP strategies.
