Job summary

The Tsui Group is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager II for a large educational client in Los Angeles County. The role involves managing and overseeing complex construction programs, coordinating with multiple District departments, and ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in educational facility construction, strong leadership, and familiarity with change management and BIM processes.

Qualifications

• 17+ years of full-time project/construction management experience.
• 5+ years managing programs with projects > $50M (not cumulative).
• 5 years in educational facility construction, public works or large commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction oversight to OARs and coordinate with District departments.
• Review progress against schedules and budgets; manage change orders and disputes.
• Lead contract planning, bid reviews, and payment applications; ensure quality control across projects.
