Job summary

Wealthbox is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to lead customer onboarding and education during the crucial first weeks of adoption. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure a smooth rollout.

Responsibilities include running kickoff calls, creating engaging guides, videos, and webinars, and tracking engagement to continuously improve education outcomes. Remote role with PST/PDT hours, health benefits, and 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer training or onboarding within SaaS.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with CRM or financial tech familiarity a plus.
