Qualifications

• Experience advising educational institutions on education regulatory landscapes and employment law.
• Experience handling state and federal government complaints (FERPA, Title IX, IDEA, etc.).
• Active bar license in the applicable state or commitment to obtain one soon.

Responsibilities

• Advise private, religious, and public educational institutions of all levels on regulatory and employment law.
• Assist schools opening across the country with licensing, accreditation, and operational compliance.
• Provide education regulatory guidance and risk management for clients and service providers.
