Qualifications

• Extensive experience advising educational institutions on regulatory matters.
• Familiarity with FERPA, Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, VAWA, EPA, ADA, Section 504, IDEA, ADEA.
• Experience handling state and federal education complaints and licensing/accreditation issues.

Responsibilities

• Advise private, religious, and public educational institutions on education law and regulatory landscapes.
• Assist schools with licensing, accreditation, operational compliance and employment law matters.
• Handle education regulatory advice for school openings and nationwide compliance guidance.
