Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Experience in legal affairs required.
• Experience in Arkansas School Law preferred.
• Knowledge of civil, constitutional, contract, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal opinions, interpretations, and training to the Board and District Administration.
• Review, draft, and manage contracts, leases, and MOUs.
• Represent the District in legal matters and hearings.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and district policies.
• Serve as liaison for outside counsel and respond to FOIA/EEOC concerns.
