Tradewind Subs is seeking a Senior Education Consultant in Downtown Los Angeles. The role focuses on owning a desk, managing School Partners and Educators, and delivering profit. Travel across Southern California is expected as required, with a strong emphasis on relationships and performance.
You will be responsible for building partner networks, forecasting staffing needs, and maintaining excellent service delivery, while working within a collaborative Education Consultant Team.
Reports to: City Manager. Classification: Full-Time, Exempt. Additional hours may occasionally be required to support business needs. Salary: $80,000-$85,000 base salary, plus monthly commission. Location: Hybrid, Downtown Los Angeles.
The Senior Education Consultant plays a key role in the continued growth and success of Tradewind Subs, taking ownership of a portfolio of School Partners, Educators and bookings while delivering strong and sustainable commercial performance. As a Senior Education Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with School Partners, developing a reliable Educator pipeline and matching outstanding Educators with schools across Southern California. You will manage day-to-day and forward staffing requirements, proactively identify opportunities to grow School Partner usage and ensure both School Partners and Educators receive an outstanding level of service. This is a senior role within the Education Consultant Team. Alongside taking full ownership of your own desk, you will be expected to operate with a high level of accountability and sound judgement, support less experienced colleagues and contribute positively to the wider success of the TWS team.

Competitive base salary of $80,000-85,000. Monthly commission paid in addition to base salary, providing the opportunity to increase overall earnings through strong individual performance. Commission is linked to clearly defined commercial performance measures, including bookings and gross profit performance.
