Job summary

The Judge Group in Charleston, SC seeks an experienced Project Manager for Education Construction to lead large-scale capital programs from conception to completion.

Qualified candidates have a BS in a related field, 15+ years in capital programs, and a track record of managing programs >$500M with projects $25M-$150M; experience in education, municipal or K-12; CCM/CCE a plus; competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• B.S. in an industry-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years leading large-scale capital programs.
• Track record of programs exceeding $500M with multiple projects $25M–$150M.
• Experience with higher education, municipal, and/or K-12 facilities.
• CCM/CCE or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex education construction programs from concept to completion.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects with stakeholder groups and large multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide strategic direction, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
• Develop business opportunities and manage major clients.
