Job summary

MagicSchool AI, a premier generative AI platform for teachers, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Texas mid-market. You will lead critical partnerships with 50–75 school districts, drive adoption, manage renewals, and expand our footprint while coaching a regional team.

The role requires Texas expertise, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for education technology. Travel within Texas is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mid-market or enterprise SaaS accounts.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed NRR and GRR targets.
• Experience leading renewals, expansion, and pricing discussions.
• Willingness to travel within Texas (up to 30%).

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 50–75 mid-market districts and drive growth.
• Drive product adoption through training and materials.
• Mitigate churn with proactive renewal plans.
• Run structured discovery across district roles.
• Build trust with district executive leadership and align solutions.
• Mentor junior CS team members and contribute to CS playbook.
