Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Graphic Designer specializing in editorial, poster, and marketing layouts to support a design analysis and annotation project. You will shape visual structure and typography for real-world assets used in AI training.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in graphic/editorial/visual/brand or marketing design.
• Portfolio showing typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong written English and visual communication.
• Experience with editorial, poster, and marketing design is a plus.
• Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.

Responsibilities

• Annotate editorial, poster, marketing, and short video assets using precise design terminology.
• Analyze layouts, typography, hierarchy, grids, geometry, and visual composition.
• Create high-quality exemplar annotations and identify ambiguous or complex design cases.
• Help improve annotation guidelines and maintain quality standards.
• Use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar tools to review and process design files.
• Apply knowledge of visual composition, framing, movement, and design principles to relevant video assets.
