Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a remote Graphic Designer specialized in editorial, poster, and marketing layouts to support a design analysis and annotation project for AI training. You will apply typography, composition, and design systems to structure real-world assets for annotation.

The role focuses on clear visual communication, precise layout decisions, and reviewing files in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for efficient processing and quality results.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in graphic, editorial, visual/brand, print, or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio showing typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to clearly explain and document design concepts.
• Background in editorial, poster, marketing, motion, or video design is a plus.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Annotate editorial, poster, marketing, and short video assets using precise design terminology.
• Analyze layouts, typography, hierarchy, grids, geometry, and visual composition.
• Create high-quality exemplar annotations and identify ambiguous or complex design cases.
• Help improve annotation guidelines and maintain quality standards.
• Use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar tools to review and process design files.
