YO AI Labs seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to support editorial, poster, and marketing layouts for AI training assets. You will analyze typography, composition, and design systems while annotating real-world assets for scalable accuracy.

The role emphasizes precise terminology, strong visual communication, and collaboration with the design team to refine guidelines and ensure quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in graphic, editorial, visual/brand, print, or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio showing typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent tools.
• Ability to clearly explain and document design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Annotate editorial, poster, marketing, and short video assets with precise design terminology.
• Analyze layouts, typography, hierarchy, grids, geometry, and visual composition.
• Create high-quality exemplar annotations and identify ambiguous cases.
• Help improve annotation guidelines and maintain quality standards.
• Review and process design files using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
