Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience with at least five years in editing financial content.
• (US FINRA) knowledge and regulatory standards.
• Excellent editing, grammar, and tone control with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Review investment research content to ensure compliance with US FINRA regulations and sourcing standards.
• Edit investment research reports for quality, clarity, and accuracy across formats.
• Verify publications against watch lists, disclosures, data consistency, and distribution tagging.
• Coordinate end-to-end editorial workflow with analysts, publications staff, product managers, and compliance.
• Identify and resolve control issues with transparency and sound risk judgment.
• Apply Citi’s internal guidelines to uphold publication standards across all outputs.
