Job summary

People Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Manager, Editorial Advertising Operations to package, operationalize, and execute digital editorial sponsorships across brands such as Food & Wine, Travel + Leisure, Allrecipes, and People.

In collaboration with Brand Marketing, Account Strategy, and Editorial, you will manage campaigns across video, social, and on-site, and ensure seamless hand-offs from sale to post-launch support.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field, or combined relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, digital media, marketing, product management, or project coordination.
• Experience developing and managing production timelines to facilitate work across multiple teams.
• Experience in the use of collaboration software, such as Airtable, preferred but not required.
• High attention to detail with consistent follow-through.
• Be able to think strategically and act tactically.

Responsibilities

• Develop new editorial packaging details and refine offerings.
• Act as the main contact during the pitch phase to vet opportunities.
• Coordinate across Editorial, Video, Social, Account Strategy, and Sales for flawless execution.
• Project manage campaigns from sale through launch; assess contractual obligations and translate to deliverables.
• Ensure smooth hand-offs of sold packages to post-sale project manager and support lifecycle.
