Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' journalism experience including breaking news on multiple platforms.
• At least 1 year of editor experience and experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and edits news stories for on-air and digital platforms.
• Guides reporters in breaking news and enterprise reporting.
• Collaborates with digital and multimedia teams on coverage.
• Identifies stories for KUT and stays ahead of local/national news.
• Runs news meetings and develops reporters' skills.
