U.S. News & World Report is seeking an experienced content creator to join the editorial team responsible for the company's live events, which include in-person conferences, virtual events and invitation-only salons.

The ideal candidate will have strong research, reporting, writing and interviewing skills that will be tapped to plan sophisticated event programming with thought leaders on topics related to health, education and other areas.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience working on events (content/programming), communications or journalism.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and players.
• Strong communications skills and ability to collaborate, adapt, and pivot with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and with a wide variety of team members and external partners.
• Polished public presentation skills, with experience moderating panels and interviewing executives.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proven analytical and enterprise communications skills.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Drive event strategy and execution with the events team and across U.S. News.
• Develop session programming aligned with industry trends.
• Recruit, prep and onboard speakers (C-suite, presidents, officials).
• Moderate at events and support speakers/moderators for seamless execution.
• Reimagine event content for new audiences across formats (articles, Q&As, video clips).
• Anchor the weekly Healthcare of Tomorrow Bulletin email newsletter.
