Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing/communications, publishing, journalism or related fields.
• 2+ years supervising a team.
• Proven ability to translate vision into compelling content.
• Understanding diverse audiences and stakeholders for mutually beneficial solutions.
• Organized and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Baseline knowledge of SEO.

Responsibilities

• Edit and strategize content while ensuring brand voice, tone, and quality.
• Review content from writers and freelancers for clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing campaigns and internal stakeholders to shape editorial.
• Track audience data and KPIs to measure content impact and optimize future work.
• Identify gaps and update brand content and style guides.
• Develop stakeholder touchpoints to support content objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with audience needs.
• Coordinate with production to publish website content on time and with QA.
