Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an eDiscovery contractor to support production processing and validation for Relativity workflows. You will log, digest, and describe productions, coordinate password retrieval for encrypted media, and ensure virus-free loading into the Agency network.

The role requires careful analysis, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of eDiscovery technical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; three years additional relevant work experience may substitute for the degree.
• Knowledge of information resources.
• Excellent analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience managing multiple tasks as defined in Duties & Responsibilities.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Log production in the Agency's eDiscovery Tracking System.
• Digest the cover letter and provide a brief production description.
• Obtain password for encrypted media when password not provided.
• Determine if cover letter contains substantive information for loading into Relativity.
• Virus scan production with multiple virus protection tools.
• Address issues or reject production per protocol if issues detected.
• Copy clean production to the Agency's network.
• Follow protocols for various document types (e.g., MOUs, BSA documents, audio files).
• Analyze productions to determine processing type and applicable protocol.
• Verify data completeness of productions.
• Monitor for incoming productions via email and FTP.
• Scan and OCR paper documents prior to loading into Relativity.
• Coordinate off-site scanning for multi-box paper productions.
