Job summary

Roche Holding AG is seeking a skilled eDiscovery Specialist to bridge Roche Digital Technology with Legal, Compliance, and Investigations. You will lead defensible data preservation, collection, processing, and review across Microsoft Purview, Relativity, and cloud services, ensuring strong chain-of-custody and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or specialized IT incident response—preferably within a highly regulated global industry.

Responsibilities

• Data Preservation and Collection: Plan and execute legally defensible data preservation and collection strategies across the full enterprise landscape.
• Data Processing and Review management: Manage eDiscovery review processes and execute advanced data processing within Relativity and Purview Premium.
• eDiscovery Operations & Defensible Documentation: Handle core operational workflows by accurately executing time-sensitive data requests, physical evidence handling, and device collections.
• eDiscovery Platform & Tool Management: Oversee the operational readiness and end-to-end lifecycle of core eDiscovery and forensic tools, including Microsoft Purview, Relativity, Cellebrite, and Druva.
• Process Improvement & Automation Deployment: Continuously evaluate and refine collection workflows to account for new OS updates and emerging security features.
• Stakeholder Trust & Communication: Proactively develop and maintain strong, trusting business relationships with key legal and compliance stakeholders.
