Job summary

Consilio is seeking a Project Manager in the Northern Kentucky area to oversee multiple e-discovery matters from initiation through delivery. You will serve as the primary client contact, guiding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and final production/export deliverables.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, exceptional communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or minimum 3 years in the litigation support / legal industry.
3 years experience using the Relativity platform or equivalent eDiscovery tools.
Willingness to travel.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end oversight of multiple discovery matters and serve as primary client point of contact.
Provide expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.
Create and maintain project schedules and reporting, including defining activities, sequence of events, dependencies, work effort, duration and resource requirements.
Develop and manage relationships with internal teams.
Forecast, track and manage project budgets.
Successfully oversee multiple, concurrent projects.
