Job summary

KBR is seeking a Lead eDiscovery Analyst to join its in-house Legal team, providing critical eDiscovery, digital forensics, and litigation support across matters and regulatory requests. The role partners with Legal, IT, Information Security, Compliance, HR, and external counsel to manage end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle and ensure defensible data handling.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in eDiscovery/digital forensics, relevant certifications (EnCE/CCE/CFCE), and hands-on experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Legal Studies; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, litigation support, or related disciplines.
• Relevant forensic certifications such as EnCE, CCE, CFCE, or equivalent required.
• Experience with EnCase, Purview eDiscovery Premium, Relativity, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• eDiscovery lifecycle management including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production.
• Serve as primary liaison between Legal and IT, Compliance, HR, outside counsel, and vendors.
• Conduct and oversee forensic data collections and analyses while maintaining chain-of-custody.
