Job summary

KBR is seeking a highly skilled Lead eDiscovery Analyst to join its in-house Legal team in Houston. This role provides critical eDiscovery, digital forensics, and litigation support to the Litigation and Labor & Employment teams, ensuring the defensible management of electronically stored information (ESI) across legal matters, investigations, and regulatory requests.

Partnering closely with Legal, IT, Information Security, Compliance, Human Resources, and external counsel, the eDiscovery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Legal Studies or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or litigation support.
• Experience supporting in-house legal departments, law firms, or corporate investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full eDiscovery lifecycle: identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production of ESI.
• Serve as liaison between Legal and IT/Information Security/Compliance; coordinate with outside counsel and vendors.
• Conduct forensic data collections and analyses, maintain chain-of-custody and evidentiary integrity.
• Support DSAR responses, legal holds, and regulatory requests with defensible collection and processing workflows.
• Oversee eDiscovery platform administration ( Purview eDiscovery Premium, Relativity ).
