Job summary

KBR is seeking a seasoned Lead eDiscovery Analyst to join the in‑house Legal team. You will manage the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle, conduct forensic data collections, support DSARs, and ensure defensible handling of ESI across litigation and regulatory matters.

You will collaborate with Legal, IT, Compliance, HR, and external counsel, leading platform administration and incident investigations while maintaining data privacy requirements and legal hold processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Legal Studies, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 7–10+ years in eDiscovery, digital forensics, litigation support, or related.
  • Experience supporting corporate investigations, law firms, or legal departments.
  • Relevant forensic certifications such as EnCE, CCE, CFCE, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full eDiscovery lifecycle from identification to production across matters.
  • Partner with Legal, IT, Compliance, HR and external counsel.
  • Conduct forensic data collections and ensure chain-of-custody.
  • Manage DSARs and regulatory data requests with defensible workflows.
  • Administer eDiscovery platforms (Purview Premium, Relativity).
  • Report findings to attorneys and business leaders with clear recommendations.
  • Stay current on eDiscovery laws, methods, and data governance.
