Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Data Specialist II to support a Federal agency initiative within the eDiscovery department. The role involves managing data loads, exports, and document review workflows using tools like Everlaw, Relativity, and NUIX, while ensuring adherence to ESI specifications.

You will assist attorneys and paralegals with document tracking, production, and data management, coordinating with the Litigation Support Manager to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred in computer science or related field.
• Knowledge of litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Two years of eDiscovery experience including electronic files processing, image/data file conversion, data culling with review tools, QA, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion services, database indexing, and quality checks of loads.
• Develops and modifies methodologies for manipulating files for use with COTS products and litigation support applications.
• Ensures incoming productions comply with ESI specifications.
• Exports data from databases, confirms redactions, and quality checks exports per ESI specs.
• Supports client attorneys, investigators, and paralegals by tracking/processing documents, subpoena returns, and data; manages document review databases; produces documents.
