Trustpoint.One seeks a Senior Discovery Attorney to join its Business Litigation team in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton. You will guide all phases of EDRM, lead TAR and linear reviews in Relativity, and coordinate with forensic vendors and client IT for preservation and collection.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of EDRM experience, strong ESI identification skills, and Ohio bar admission. Salary ranges with experience: $105,000–$115,000 per year in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least four years of experience spanning all phases of the EDRM.
• Strong background in ESI identification and custodian interviews.
• Experience coordinating forensically sound preservation and collection with vendors and client IT.
• Hands-on experience managing linear and TAR reviews in Relativity; oversee review teams and QA during production.
• Ohio bar admission in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead EDRM activities across discovery lifecycle.
• Manage linear and TAR reviews in Relativity with QA oversight.
• Draft and negotiate ESI protocols and production specifications.
• Coordinate with forensic vendors and client IT for preservation and collection.
• Ensure compliant data processing and culling procedures.
