Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Discovery Attorney to join the Business Litigation team in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on the electronic discovery process with a strong emphasis on EDRM, data mapping, and production protocols.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electronic discovery and possess a JD degree. Ohio admission and relevant certifications in eDiscovery are advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in electronic discovery.
• Admitted, active, and in good standing in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct custodian interviews and data mapping exercises for ESI identification.
• Coordinate preservation and collection efforts with digital forensic vendors and client IT personnel.
• Manage data processing and culling procedures effectively.
• Oversee linear and technology-assisted review (TAR) projects within Relativity.
• Supervise review teams and ensure quality control through production.
• Negotiate and draft ESI protocols and production specifications.
