Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Discovery Attorney to join its Business Litigation team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and strong expertise in electronic discovery processes.

This role requires Ohio admission, a JD degree, and a minimum of four years in electronic discovery. Proficiency with Relativity, data mapping, vendor coordination, and drafting ESI protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of electronic discovery experience.
• Admitted, active, and in good standing in Ohio.
• JD degree required.
• Certifications in electronic discovery advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct custodian interviews and data mapping for ESI identification.
• Coordinate preservation and collection with digital forensic vendors and client IT personnel.
• Manage data processing and culling procedures.
• Oversee linear and technology-assisted review (TAR) projects within Relativity.
• Supervise review teams and ensure quality control through production.
• Negotiate and draft ESI protocols and production specifications.
