Job summary

Job Juncture is assisting a respected law firm in Cincinnati to hire an experienced eDiscovery professional who will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and support complex litigation with attorneys and project managers.

Responsibilities include translating case needs into data workflows, handling intake, processing, loading, production, and archival, and ensuring secure storage and thorough QA.

Qualifications

• Five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Translate case needs into practical data workflows in partnership with attorneys and project managers.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
