Job summary

Our client, a reputable law firm in Cincinnati, seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence, RelativityOne workflows, and data security for complex litigation.

You will collaborate with attorneys and project managers, apply analytics and scripting to improve review efficiency, ensure quality control, and maintain chain-of-custody throughout intake, processing, production, and archival.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of litigation support experience using Relativity in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, production, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users.
• Validate data and deliverables with quality control checks.
• Maintain chain-of-custody documentation and secure storage.
