Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is helping a renowned law firm strengthen its eDiscovery capabilities. The ideal candidate will manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics and scripting, and work closely with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure results.

Required are five+ years in litigation support with Relativity and analytics, plus ACEDS/EDRM familiarity, and strong communication. This role requires flexibility and extended hours during deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support using Relativity and analytics.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management and scripting.
• Familiarity with EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, production, QC, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment and communication with attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency and workflow.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks.
• Protect confidential information with secure storage and chain-of-custody documentation.
