  • Relativity Analytics Specialist and Relativity Processing Specialist certifications are preferred; Relativity aiR and other AI‑related credentials are preferred as they become available.
  • eDiscovery vendor‑side experience such as processing, hosting or vendor project management background is preferred.
  • Understanding of the ESI life cycle and related industry standards.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skill set accompanied by excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated team‑building capabilities.
