Job summary

DRiV Incorporated seeks a Manager, Systems Support & EDI to lead EDI connections, SAP system changes, and audits across the aftermarket and customer operations. You will coordinate IT, customer, vendors and business teams to drive system improvements.

The role requires project management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to train staff and guide cross-functional projects, ensuring accurate master data, timely fixes, and effective customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent five years' experience.
• Extensive knowledge of EDI transactions and IT programs.
• Strong SAP knowledge across PTA/EP1 and related modules.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and customer-focused processes.
• Ability to interpret data and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup for customer EDI connections and conversions for the Aftermarket.
• Oversee EDI IT staff responsible for design and development of interfaces and maps.
• Develop SharePoint sites with training material for internal customers and consultants.
• Take lead in analysing system incident reports, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing solutions.
• Manage configuration issues and system updates based on evolving business requirements.
• Provide end-user system training and lead cross-functional meetings for EDI initiatives.
• Initiate EDI process work instructions and system enhancements.
