DRiV Incorporated is seeking a Manager of Systems Support & EDI in Maryland Heights to lead EDI, Drivparts/Drivdirect, and SAP system changes while overseeing audits and data integrity. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of EDI transactions and IT programs
• Extensive SAP knowledge for customer audits and master data
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Knowledge of IT ticket systems
• Strong knowledge of Aftermarket customer base
• Critical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Leads setup for customer EDI connections and conversions for the Aftermarket
• Oversees EDI IT staff responsible for design and development of interfaces and maps
• Develop SharePoint sites with training material for internal customers and consultants
• Analyze system incident reports, perform root-cause analysis and implement solutions
• Manage configuration issues and system updates based on evolving requirements
• Provide end-user system training
• Lead service ticket enhancements and training for the IT team
• Initiate and lead cross-functional meetings for EDI initiatives
• Pursue project progress and mitigate issues across teams
• Liaise with IT, business, EDI vendors and customers on EDI initiatives
• Tests system connections with internal/external customers
• Manage EDI processes for multiple ERP/EDI systems
• Maintain and update customer master data setup and related docs
• Cultivate relationships with key customer contacts
• Create EDI process work instructions and system enhancements
• Analyze monthly audit and SAP reports
• Coach and develop team members; conduct evaluations and IDPs
• Ensure accuracy of audit reports and related data
• Support and coordinate changes for DRiV Direct sites
