Saransh Inc is seeking a Senior EDI Support Specialist to provide L2/L3 support for enterprise EDI platforms in a healthcare payer environment. The role focuses on HIPAA X12 transactions, production monitoring, incident resolution, and partner management.

Role requires 8+ years in IT, 5+ years in healthcare payer/EDI, and 3+ years with Edifecs or TriZetto HIPAA Gateway. Onsite in Seattle, WA with contract engagement from Day 1.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in IT with 5+ years in healthcare payer and EDI.
• 3+ years with Edifecs or TriZetto HIPAA Gateway exposure.
• Experience supporting HIPAA X12 transactions.
• Hands-on production support and incident resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 support for EDI platforms across Claims, Membership, Enrollment, Billing, Provider, and Payment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI transaction failures and file transmissions.
• Support Edifecs, TriZetto HIPAA Gateway, BizTalk, and Facets-integrated environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Assist trading partner onboarding, testing, and production releases.
