Radiant Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior EDI Manager to own the strategy, delivery, and support of our EDI capabilities across transportation operations.

This role sits at the intersection of the business and technology: you will lead requirements gathering directly with Transportation stakeholders, translate those needs into technical solutions, manage a development team responsible for building and maintaining EDI integrations, and serve as the primary liaison with our Delta ECS

Qualifications

• 7+ years in EDI, integration, or transportation systems with 3+ years in a lead role.
• Deep knowledge of EDI standards (X12/EDIFACT) and common transaction sets (204, 210, 214, 990, 997, 856).
• Experience with EDI/ECS platforms (Delta ECS or comparable).
• Requirements gathering with transportation stakeholders in logistics environments.
• Experience leading a development or integration team.
• Strong SAP TM/ECC experience preferred.
• Excellent communication bridging technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions with Transportation, Operations, and Customer Service to define EDI needs.
• Translate business processes into clear technical specifications for EDI implementations.

This role sits at the intersection of the business and technology: you will lead requirements gathering directly with Transportation stakeholders, translate those needs into technical solutions, manage a development team responsible for building and maintaining EDI integrations, and serve as the primary liaison with our Delta ECS partner/platform.
