Job summary

SBH Fashion is seeking an experienced EDI/IT Manager to lead EDI and IT operations, guiding a two-person team. You will drive process improvements, ensure accurate electronic trading with customers and suppliers, and partner with Shipping, Warehouse, and Sales to resolve system issues.

You should bring strong EDI expertise, hands-on problem solving, and people-management skills to maintain reliable IT and EDI services. Experience with Sage and Kissinger is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on EDI experience at a consumer products company.
• Strong understanding of EDI transactions, system integrations, and end-to-end order processing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day EDI processes and ensure timely exchange of documents.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Warehouse and Sales to resolve issues.
• Reduce avoidable chargebacks from shipping errors and EDI failures.
• Monitor EDI performance, identify errors, and implement solutions.
• Manage EDI customer and supplier setups, testing, onboarding, and maintenance.
• Support system changes, upgrades, testing, and improvements.
