Job summary

TechDigital Group in Dallas seeks an experienced IBM ITX specialist to lead integration design and delivery. You will design maps, flows, and transformation rules, and drive performance improvements in complex healthcare payer environments.

Collaborate with architects and business teams to translate payer requirements into ITX solutions, support migrations, and resolve production issues across multiple trading partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive IBM ITX experience (8+ years).
• Design, develop, and implement IBM ITX maps and flows.
• Optimize ITX solutions for performance and scalability.
• Integrate ITX with internal and partner systems.
• Troubleshoot ITX transformations and production issues.
• EDI X12 knowledge including 837/835/834/820.
• HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulatory compliance.
• Healthcare payer domain expertise and HIPAA EDI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of EDI X12 standards, schemas, loops, segments, and compliance rules.
• Deep understanding of EDI transactions including 837, 835, 834, 820, 270/271, 276/277.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer-specific regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate payer requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with solution architects to define mapping strategies and end-to-end integration flows.
• Support migration and modernization efforts, including upgrades to newer ITX versions.
• Participate in solution design sessions, impact analysis, and estimation activities.
• Strong expertise in Healthcare Payer domain and HIPAA EDI transactions.
