Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and improve EDI compliance across Mainframe, SAP, and ERPs.
• Triage EDI errors; drive resolution plans with EDI developers.
• Onboard new customers to SAP-based EDI connections and ensure expectations are met.
• Prepare documentation for EDI and e-business processes.
• Deliver end-to-end automated solutions: document transformation, Alteryx enhancements, SQL tables, and Power BI dashboards.
• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Uphold documentation, testing, and change management best practices.
