Job summary
Novelis, a leader in aluminum recycling and solutions, seeks an experienced EDI Architect to design and optimize enterprise B2B integrations across trading partners. You will shape scalable architectures using OpenText Trading Grid, Seeburger BIS, and SAP IDoc-based flows, partnering with business and IT to align to strategic goals.
The role demands hands-on architecture, governance, and senior collaboration to drive modernization, performance, and secure data exchange.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in EDI/B2B integration.
- 5+ years in an Architect or Lead role.
- Strong experience with OpenText (Trading Grid, GXS), Seeburger BIS, and SAP EDI integration (IDocs, ALE).
- Deep knowledge of EDI standards ANSI X12 and EDIFACT messages.
- Experience with AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S, APIs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level EDI/B2B integration architectures leveraging OpenText Trading Grid / GXS, Seeburger BIS, and SAP (IDoc, ALE).
- Define integration patterns for real-time, batch, and event-driven data exchanges.
- Build scalable frameworks for onboarding trading partners and message flows.
