Job summary
Berkley Environmental (a Berkley Company) in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced EDI Analyst to support and maintain the EDI workflow between IT and business units. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a commercial insurance environment. Responsibilities include monitoring EDI transactions, developing training, and ensuring process improvements. The offered salary range is $90,000 to $115,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of related IT experience.
Experience with a commercial insurance carrier, particularly auto and workers’ compensation lines.
Experience in large, matrixed environments with remote leadership.
Responsibilities
Monitor, support, and maintain EDI workflow.
Identify and implement process improvements in EDI transactions.
Develop and maintain EDI documentation and training materials.
Skills
Experience with EDI Release 3.0 and 3.1
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Strong knowledge of technical designs and specifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
