Qualifications

• Proven experience designing distributed/edge computing systems.
• Hands-on Ansible (playbooks, roles, automation at scale).
• Expert Python development with Kubernetes production experience.
• Experience with IoT device management and telemetry pipelines.
• Ability to lead architecture reviews and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior developer driving the design and delivery of edge computing initiatives.
• Define and own edge architecture patterns for distributed, resource-constrained environments.
• Architect and operationalize workloads on Google Distributed Cloud (GDC).
• Design, build, and scale Kubernetes-based deployments for edge and cloud.
• Lead cloud & hybrid architecture for scalability & resilience.
• Build and maintain Ansible-based automation for provisioning and fleet operations.
• Develop core services and integrations in Python.
• Architect IoT device connectivity, telemetry ingestion, and data pipelines.
• Enhance platforms and enablement tooling to improve velocity and consistency.
• Participate in architecture review boards and mentor engineers.
