Qualifications

6+ years of edge/cloud architecture design for distributed systems, with Kubernetes, Python, Ansible, and cloud-native tech.
5+ years automations, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, observability, and secure software delivery practices.
3+ years distributed cloud, edge computing, and IoT platforms, including device management and telemetry pipelines.
2+ years leading architecture initiatives, design reviews, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Drive design and delivery of the Forge Cognition edge computing initiative.
Define and own edge architecture patterns for distributed, resource-constrained environments.
Architect and operationalize workloads on Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) and cloud integrations.
Design, build, and scale Kubernetes-based deployments for edge and cloud.
Lead cloud & hybrid architecture for scalability and resilience.
Develop core services and tooling in Python.
