Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr. IT Architect for Cloud Architecture and Operations. You will shape strategic cloud adoption across GCP, AWS, and Azure, leading the development of scalable cloud frameworks and architecture.

You will report to the Director of Enterprise Infrastructure and work from Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA on a hybrid schedule. You’ll define cloud strategies, design multi-cloud roadmaps, and drive modernization while ensuring security, governance, and regulatory

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, cloud operations, and IT networking.
Proven expertise in GCP, with experience in AWS and Azure.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Security architecture experience including IAM, data protection, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Define and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with Honeywell’s business objectives.
Develop multi-year roadmaps for transitioning to cloud-native architectures.
Collaborate with cloud vendors to establish best practices and partnerships.
Lead design and deployment of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments.
Collaborate with application teams, cybersecurity, and operations to define cloud governance and security models.
