Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a Senior Manager to drive strategy and operations for EDA portfolio units. You will lead cross-functional teams across lifecycle processes, product introduction, and financial modeling to enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• BSEE or BSCS required; MS preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the IC industry and/or EDA.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, Cloud, 3D IC, IoT and related business trends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align product lifecycle management across all EDA portfolio units.
• Facilitate new product introduction and release management.
• Support financial modeling and decision analysis for business planning.
• Act as trusted advisor to executive management on strategic opportunities.
