Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provide patient and family education using Teach-Back when appropriate.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and ensure safety and quality.
