Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks an experienced Senior eCommerce Business Manager to lead multiple brand lines, including WWE and UFC, across a high-growth portfolio. You will align calendars, promotions, and product strategies with live events and partner priorities to maximize revenue and fan engagement.

You will manage a team of ecommerce professionals, collaborate with analytics, marketing, and CRM, and leverage data-driven insights to drive performance and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in e-commerce, business analytics, multi-channel retail, or digital marketing.
• Experience overseeing teams supporting complex, multi-partner businesses.
• Strong analytical capabilities to forecast trends and drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience coordinating with marketing and CRM teams to optimize campaigns across channels.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple lines of business across WWE, UFC, and other TKO-operated properties.
• Develop and adjust merchandise and promotional calendars aligned to live events and partner priorities.
• Collaborate with Business Analytics, digital marketing, and cross-functional leaders to optimize performance and growth.
• Lead KPI monitoring and translate data insights into revenue and fan engagement improvements.
