Salary Range: $75,700.00 To $117,300.00 Annually
The Senior Ecommerce Product Specialist is responsible for continuously improving the online shopping experience across Christianbook.com. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to identify, prioritize, implement, and measure enhancements that improve customer experience, increase conversion, and drive business results.
As Christianbook transitions to Shopify, this individual will play a key role in shaping the future ecommerce experience by identifying opportunities, implementing new features, optimizing site functionality, and championing best practices for digital merchandising and customer experience.
5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital product management, site optimization, or digital experience management.
Experience with Shopify or another leading ecommerce platform (Shopify preferred).
Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and other ecommerce analytics tools.
Demonstrated success collaborating with cross‑functional business and technical teams.
Experience identifying and implementing customer experience improvements using data‑driven insights.
Familiarity with the Christian market and an understanding of the needs, motivations, and shopping behaviors of Christian consumers preferred, with the ability to translate that insight into customer experience improvements.
