Job Description

We’re seeking a commercially focused, customer-first Senior eCommerce Manager to oversee our US store. You will manage the US site and app—driving sales, shaping strategy, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your expertise in on-site customer behaviour in the US, combined with a strong commercial understanding, will help shape impactful content, merchandising, and trading strategies. You will also manage the US calendar, leading the planning and execution of site updates, campaigns, and events, working closely with marketing, planning, and pricing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This role offers high impact opportunities to influence the growth and success of our US business.

The Details

  1. Oversee all aspects of the site experience including homepage, navigation, merchandising, and search, ensuring alignment with our strategy and commercial goals.
  2. Forecast sales and monitor KPIs (traffic, CVR, ABV, sales, margin), proactively addressing risks and opportunities.
  3. Plan and manage the promotional calendar, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency.
  4. Monitor site performance daily, identify and implement improvements, and continually optimize the site through audits and testing.
  5. Manage the A/B testing roadmap for the US market, working with digital trading and content teams.
  6. Define merchandising strategies across different experience areas, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
  7. Identify gaps in product assortment and opportunities to enhance relevance for target customers.
  8. Analyze customer behaviour data to identify pain points and friction areas impacting conversion.
  9. Manage a team of 2-3 members.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant experience, preferably in a fashion retail environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with a good understanding of e-commerce KPIs and fashion planning & trading
  • Experience with analytics tools like Adobe, GA, or Content Square, and capable of managing reporting independently
  • Proven success in executing data-driven eCommerce strategies that also deliver compelling brand experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and responsible
  • High ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Adobe Analytics experience is a plus
