Job summary

Jackson James, a New York fashion brand, seeks a Senior eCommerce Manager in Long Island City to lead digital operations across Shopify, retention marketing, merchandising, and fulfillment.

You will own Shopify storefront performance, optimize UX, drive CRO and retention, manage email/SMS programs, and oversee analytics and fulfillment workflows in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Senior eCommerce Manager - $120-150k Base (Long Island City)

This is a role with an New York based fashion brand to lead and scale digital operations across Shopify, retention marketing, merchandising, and fulfillment. They operate as both a private label brand and a multi brand retailer. The brand is positioned as a boutique brand with a strong presence in the sneaker space with premium releases.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Shopify storefront performance, UX, merchandising, launches, and promotions
• Drive CRO, retention, and acquisition strategies
• Manage email/SMS lifecycle marketing, loyalty initiatives, and customer segmentation
• Oversee site updates, integrations, testing, analytics, and reporting
